Scott, I don’t know how I can express everything you are to me. You are the love of my life and my best friend, and becoming your wife today is a dream come true!
One of the most important things I have learned from you is that not only does God love us as individuals; He loves us as a whole world full of sin and mistakes. You and I will make mistakes in our marriage, but God will continue to love us and will keep bringing us back to Him as long as we seek Him. Today, I promise before God that I will continue to seek Him in our married life, that I will raise our family in a God-fearing home, and that I will love you as He commands the church to love Christ.
And I promise you, Scott, to be the faithful partner of your life, to support you in your decisions and to be submissive to your leadership in our home. I promise to always be there for you to talk to, to bring you as much happiness as I am able, to serve you and take care of your needs, and in everything to hold your hand as we make our way through life together.
